I was extremely proud of how our guys responded last week at Chase, they never gave up and kept charging

Our focus this week is being 1-0 to open up conference, we have to play sound and assignment football (and) most importantly we have to play 4 quarters

East Burke (1-2) @ Maiden (2-1)

11th meeting, 8-2 Maiden

Last Week: East Burke bye, Maiden defeated St Stephens 29-6

Cavaliers: Zayne Newman, Darren Hammons, Carter Bennett, Cannon Morrison

Blue Devils: Kendall Roberts, Grant Lawing, Jeremiah Khang, Raheim Misher

(Maiden) is very versatile on offense, they do a great job of spreading you out and forcing teams to defend the whole field, their offensive line is good in both the run and pass game, they are very hard to defend and it will be a huge test for our defense

Defensively, they move their front and bring pressure from multiple places. They are fast and aggressive and their secondary does a good job of supporting the run

We will have to play very well on offense to move the football
